General Terms & Conditions

Bkok (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming service. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bkok and the user.

• Account access must not be shared with any other person.
• If KYC documents are requested, they must be submitted within 7 business days.

Age Restrictions & Eligibility

To use bkok's services, users must be at least 18 Years Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

Bkok may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification for age verification at any time. Failure to provide proof of age may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete.
• If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor has used their account, they must notify our support team immediately.
• We recommend using parental control software.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on bkok can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or approved electronic wallets. The minimum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method selected.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using a third-party account or card to make a deposit may result in account suspension.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly; if there is a delay, please contact support.
• Currency conversion fees may apply, as determined by your bank or payment provider.
• All deposits can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Policy

A fully verified (KYC) account is required to make withdrawals from bkok. For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bkok and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Account Closure & Suspension

Bkok reserves the right to close or suspend any account, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. Account action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the user's request (self-exclusion).
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. If a valid balance exists, the opportunity to withdraw will be provided before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

Bkok's liability is limited to the following:

• Bkok is not liable for any game losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• In the event of a technical error, the maximum compensation is equal to the stake of the affected bet.
• Bkok is not liable for the failure of any third-party software or services.
• Bkok is not liable for losses resulting from user negligence or personal error.
